Your AI shift supervisor — on the cameras you already have.

Brainy Supervisor connects to your existing IP cameras or NVR, watches your process, quality and safety rules around the clock, and alerts your team on WhatsApp, Teams or email. Rules are written in plain English. Video never leaves the plant.

  • No new cameras needed
  • Faces blurred on the device
  • Outbound-only, no inbound ports
CAM-03 · Mixer & bagging line 3 rules active
Illustrative demo of a factory line with AI detection overlays A stylised drawing of a mixer, a conveyor with bags and a forklift near a pedestrian. Orange and green boxes show example rule detections: bags counted per batch, mixer loaded after the batch was scanned, and a forklift too close to a pedestrian. This is an illustration, not real camera footage. The problem

Your cameras record everything and check nothing.

Most plants already have dozens of cameras. They are used after something goes wrong, to find out what happened. Nobody can watch 40 streams for 8 hours and still notice the bag that was never counted, the spill that stayed on the floor, or the forklift that cut too close.

Brainy Supervisor watches them for you, every second of every shift, and only speaks up when a rule you wrote is broken.

  • 01
Process deviationsA mixer loaded before the batch was scanned. A recipe short by two bags. Line clearance skipped between products.
  • 02
Housekeeping and hygieneSpills left for an hour. Cleaning rounds that never happened. Gloves and hairnets missing in a HACCP zone.
  • 03
Safety near-missesForklifts close to pedestrians, blocked emergency exits, people inside danger zones. Logged nowhere, until the day they are.

How it works

From one clip to a plant-wide roll-out, in three steps.

Start small and free. Prove the value on a handful of cameras. Then scale at your pace.

  1. Send a 30-second clip and one rule

Pick a camera, record 30 seconds, and tell us one thing you want checked. We come back within 48 hours with a free Process Check: what we would detect, how reliably, and what it would take.

    Free · 48 h
  2. Run a 4-week pilot on up to 4 cameras

We install an edge box on site, agree up to 3 rules and the success criteria, and deliver alerts and a daily shift report. Week 1 is tuning. Weeks 2 to 4 are measured.

    Fixed fee · fully credited
  3. Roll out per plant

Add cameras and rules site by site. Pricing is per camera per month and quoted per site after the pilot, based on the camera count and the rules you run.

    Priced per camera

The clip in step 1 is a diagnostic sample you choose to send us. In production, Brainy Supervisor runs on an edge box inside your network and video never leaves the plant. See Built for IT security.

Use cases

One supervisor. Every rule your line already has on paper.

If a person could check it by looking at the camera, Brainy Supervisor can check it for every shift.

Rules in plain English

Write the rule the way you would say it to a new supervisor.

You describe the process in a sentence, we map it to the camera, and the rule goes live after a short tuning period.

Built for IT security

Built to pass your IT security review in days, not months.

A small edge device inside your network reads your existing camera streams and sends only events, never raw video, over an outbound-only encrypted connection. Nothing in your network has to be exposed to the internet.

Edge box on site

Installed inside your LAN. Cameras need only local access from the box. A separate VLAN is supported but not required.

Outbound-only, encrypted

Outbound-only encrypted connections over TLS. No inbound ports, no public IPs, no credentials in URLs.

Video never leaves the plant

Live video is processed in memory on the edge box. Only events and blurred snapshots leave the site. No video retention by default.

We watch the process, not the people

Faces are blurred on the device. No facial recognition, no biometrics, no emotion analysis, no individual performance scoring.

Never used to train models

Your data is never used to train models, ours or anyone else's. Events and snapshots are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Credential rotation and audit logs

Credential rotation and audit logs support your IT security requirements.

FAQ

Questions plant managers and IT ask first.

Do I need new cameras?
No. Brainy Supervisor works with the IP cameras and NVR you already have. Any camera that exposes an ONVIF or RTSP stream will do. If a specific rule needs a different angle, we tell you in the Process Check before you spend anything.
What about privacy and our workers?
Faces are blurred on the device, and there is no facial recognition, biometrics or emotion analysis. Rules describe processes and zones, not people. Video never leaves the plant and is not retained. Full details in Built for IT security and our privacy policy.
How long does it take to go live?
The free Process Check takes 48 hours from receiving your clip. A pilot is live in about a week after IT approval: the edge box is installed, cameras are connected and rules are tuned during the first week.
What happens to the clip I upload for the Process Check?
The clip is a voluntary diagnostic sample you choose to send. It is used only to prepare your Process Check, deleted after 30 days and never used for training. This is different from production, where video stays inside your plant on the edge box.
Do you support Arabic?
The website and request communications are available in English and Arabic. Rules can be discussed and agreed in Arabic with our team; the language of pilot alerts and reports is agreed during setup.
Does it replace our safety systems or supervisors?
No. Brainy Supervisor is an assistive monitoring tool. It gives your team eyes on every camera and a record of what happened, but it does not replace your safety systems, supervision or legal obligations.
