Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Brainy Supervisor collects through the website supervisor.brainy.ae, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Brainy Supervisor is a product of SOFT DEV FZ LLC, Fujairah Creative City – Media Free Zone, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”).

It covers the website and the request form only. Camera data processed for a pilot or a subscription is governed by the pilot agreement, the data processing agreement and our Security & Privacy Overview, which we provide on request.

1. What we collect

When you submit the form to request a free Process Check or a demo, we collect:

  • Contact and business details: name, company, role, work email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country and industry.
  • Your request: the type of request (Process Check or demo) and the free-text description of what you want to check.
  • Diagnostic clip (optional): a video or image file, up to 100 MB, that you choose to upload.
  • Technical data: the time of submission and basic anti-spam signals (for example, a hidden field that automated bots tend to fill in). We do not use advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it

  • To prepare and send you the Process Check or to arrange the demo you asked for.
  • To reply to your questions and, if you want, to prepare a pilot proposal.
  • To keep the form free of spam and abuse.

We rely on your consent, given through the checkbox on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

3. Diagnostic clips

A clip you upload is a voluntary diagnostic sample. It is used only to prepare your Process Check. Specifically:

  • Clips are stored encrypted in a dedicated cloud storage bucket that is not publicly readable.
  • Clips are deleted after 30 days, or earlier on request.
  • Clips are never used to train models, ours or third parties'.
  • Clips are accessible only to the team preparing your Process Check.
  • Please avoid sending clips that show identifiable people where this is not necessary. If you can, film the process rather than the faces.

This is different from production use. In a pilot or subscription, Brainy Supervisor runs on an edge device inside your network and raw video does not leave your plant.

4. Retention

  • Clips: 30 days from upload.
  • Form details and messages: for handling your enquiry and related follow-up. We review these records and remove them when they are no longer needed. You may request deletion at any time.
  • You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

5. Who can see your data

Only our team and the service providers we need to run the website and store submissions securely (Google Firebase hosting, database and storage). They act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. Form submissions and clips are stored in Frankfurt, Germany, on Google Cloud infrastructure. We do not share your data with other companies for their marketing.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to withdraw consent, or to stop contacting you. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or another law gives you additional rights, those apply.

7. Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in systems that deny public read access. Access on our side is limited to the people who handle your request. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not include passwords, credentials or sensitive personal data in the form.

8. Cookies

The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Anonymous authentication and browser storage keep the form working and limit repeated submissions and remember your language choice. These technical identifiers do not require an account.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
