These terms apply to the website supervisor.brainy.ae and to the free Process Check offered through it. The website is operated by SOFT DEV FZ LLC, Fujairah Creative City – Media Free Zone, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using the website or submitting the form you accept these terms.

1. The website

The website describes Brainy Supervisor, an AI-assisted monitoring product for industrial sites, and lets you request a free Process Check or a demo. The content is for general information and does not constitute an offer. Features, availability and timelines may change without notice.

2. The free Process Check

  • The Process Check is a free, non-binding assessment of whether a rule you describe can be checked on the camera footage you provide. We aim to reply within 48 hours on working days, but we do not guarantee a response time or a result.
  • You confirm that you are entitled to share any clip you upload, that it was recorded lawfully and that you have informed anyone who appears in it as your policy and local law require.
  • Do not upload content that is unlawful, that you do not have the right to share, or that contains sensitive personal data not needed for the assessment.
  • Clips are handled as described in our Privacy Policy: used only for your Process Check, deleted after 30 days, never used for training.

3. Pilots and subscriptions

Pilots and subscriptions are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, success criteria, data handling and liability. Prices or offers mentioned on the website are indicative and subject to that agreement. Nothing on this website creates a contract for a pilot or subscription.

4. Assistive tool, not a safety system

Brainy Supervisor is an assistive monitoring tool. It does not replace your safety systems, your supervision, your quality procedures or your legal obligations. Illustrations and example alerts on the website are for demonstration only and are not real footage or real detections.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website: no automated submissions, no attempts to access other people's data, no interference with the service, and no use of the website for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its text, illustrations, code and the Brainy Supervisor name are owned by SOFT DEV FZ LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the pages for evaluating the product. Any other use requires our written permission. You keep all rights in the clips and descriptions you send us.

7. Liability

The website and the Process Check are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on a Process Check. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any pilot or subscription agreement will specify the applicable dispute resolution procedure.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions go through the contact form.
